Holley Farm

On Saturday, we took a family trip to Holley Farm in Tremont, MS (just outside of Fulton) to check out their pumpkin patch. My brother Ray & his family and my sister Row & her son Dalton went also. It's the first year of operation for Holley Farm and it was a hit! We really enjoyed ourselves...it was fun, as well as educational! That's right---a pumpkin patch that is educational!! They take you on a tractor- pulled wagon ride down Bull Mountain Creek & gave a short history lesson about the land and its surroundings. Well, not really that short, the ride is about 45 minutes to an hour long. And at the end of the ride, they drop you off to pick a pumpkin from the vine! We finally found a real pumpkin patch! They also had beautiful sunflower fields, a 5 acre corn maze, a barrel train, 30 foot slide, tree swings, petting area of farm animals, and great food!! After 3 fun-filled hours on the farm, we came home with 3 beautiful pumpkins & lots of new memories!!

I think Allen enjoyed the slide more than Averi!!
