and we're back!!!

We made it home safe & sound AND without Gustav! I'm glad we went despite the weather forecast and predictions. We had a great time and the best weather! Plus, it wasn't near as crowded as usual during Labor Day weekend. I think everyone chickened out because the possibility of hurricane Gustav (including my brother & his family)!We took SO many pictures of Averi just hoping to get a few good ones. Do you know how hard it is to get one good picture of an almost 2 year old?? If not, let me tell you...you end up taking at least 100 pictures of the same shot hoping one will turn out with a smile or at least looking at the camera and not blurry!!! But I'm going to share them anyways b/c Averi is just too darn cute not to! Better warn you--there's alot & probably too many to post.
