Allen turned THIRTY-ONE on the 18th, but we started celebrating the night before! Averi couldn't wait to give him is birthday present that she picked out ALL BY HERSELF! No, it's not a grill, but the M State grill cover! Haha! Allen had been needing a new cover, so it worked out great! She was so proud of her gift! But yes, his ice cream cake started to melt before we cut it!! Oh well, it was still delicious!!
On his actual birthday (and our 8th wedding anniversary), we took a family day-trip to Memphis, TN! We started the day at the Memphis Zoo, did a little Target shopping, had a late lunch at PF Chang's, did more Target shopping, and for dinner we stopped to eat at Steak-N-Shake!! All of our fave things to do while in Memphis! It was a fun day!!
